Sea scallop with butternut squash puree, bacon, roasted brussels sprouts paired with “J” Pinot Gris, CA

Grilled Colorado filet of beef, onion marmalade, truffle potato puree, mushroom ragu paired with Cantine Povero Barbaresco

Dessert trio: Chocolate truffle, mini carrot cake with brown butter frosting and goat cheese cake with fresh fruit and sorbet paired with Pedro Ximenez 1927 Sherry
